We have undertaken an number of large scale analyses using the Dynameomics database. These include
flexibility and wavelet analysis, mining the properties of the transition and denatured
states and assignment of states to unfolding simulations. A variety of methods have been used to
analyze this large set of data including SQL queries, C# stored procedures and Mathematica.
For the applications to the left we show in detail how each large scale data mining study was achieved, giving example code as appropriate.
We developed the DIVE framework for domain independent analysis of complex data. It is
capable of real-time data analysis, ontological data representation, and has an extensible
data pipeline. DIVE allows fast and agile access to the Dynameomics data warehouse by interactive
